Role: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Purpose: Lead the technical design of ServiceNow solutions across SAM, HAM, and ITOM modules.

Responsibilities

  • Develop solution architecture in alignment with HMIS requirements.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and integration with DOE/HMIS systems.
  • Guide technical team to ensure compliance with project scope.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience designing ServiceNow implementations.
