- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, and ITAM (SAM, HAM).
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and support for ServiceNow applications.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
