The warehouse supervisor "champions safety" and leads cross-functional teams (Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory) to achieve the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Working under the leadership of the Assistant Logistics Manager, the warehouse supervisor consistently demonstrates a willingness to assist other departments, providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. The Warehouse Supervisor has comprehensive responsibilities across all warehouse tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Champion safety and a healthy work environment
- Embrace the company's goals and objectives as well as department KPIs
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse technicians
- Assist and communicate with the company's management
- Supervise accurate inventory transactions (receiving, put-away, and depletion)
- Maintain and execute inventory adjustments and cycle count discrepancies
- Organize and coordinate daily shipping and receiving schedules
- Lead maintenance and building upkeep
- Assist with physical end-of-year inventory

QUALIFICATIONS :
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience as a leader/manager in a warehouse/logistics capacity
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of the company and public in a professional manner
- Must have a valid CA driver's license and clean driving record (must be insurable)
- Forklift and clamp truck experience required (Operator's certification a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word & Excel - intermediate) as well as inventory systems
- Knowledge of LTL, small parcel, and truckload operations
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under high-pressure situations
