Job Description:
- Great opportunity for motivated individuals to join our well-established South Shore firm with an active trial and appellate practice focusing on insurance defense and personal injury.
- Desirable candidates should have 8 plus years of insurance defense litigation along with courtroom experience, be able to take depositions, research, write motions and support memoranda, and travel to courts in the Commonwealth.
- Good organizational, communication, writing skills, and attention to details are a must. Massachusetts Bar required and Rhode Island Bar to be a bonus.
