The Role

- Create the core fundamental processes and feedback loops that define the marketing and communications function within the company.
- Design the cross-functional comms between sales, product, design, and engineering to create marketing content and campaigns.
- Develop metrics-driven systems to measure marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Create marketing content, campaigns, and maintain a content calendar for Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Plan our events on a regular schedule to foster industry relationships and collaborate with other internal functions on execution.
- Coordinate with partners to plan joint events, podcasts, marketing/product campaigns, and other strategic initiatives.
- Define content strategy to inform regulators on blockchain technology and our organization.
- Clearly articulate our platform and its product suite through effective marketing strategies.
- Translate our product design into clear, compelling messaging.
- Define and communicate a strong narrative that lands across crypto-native audiences, traditional finance, and fintechs.
- Produce high-quality content and thought leadership, including blog posts, research pieces, and keynote presentations.
- Coordinate public appearances for us including podcasts, keynote presentations, and events.
