Regional Canvassing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Regional Canvassing Manager to lead and grow a high-performing canvassing team within the home improvement industry. This role is responsible for team development, territory management, customer outreach, and generating qualified leads for windows and doors.

- Interview, hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers
- Develop and implement effective neighborhood canvassing strategies
- Plan territories, neighborhood routes, and daily field schedules
- Drive consistent lead generation and appointment-setting results
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Track team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop canvassers through ongoing training and field coaching
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align canvassing efforts with company goals
- Maintain high standards for professionalism, customer engagement, and team performance
- Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director, or similar leadership role
- Experience in the home improvement, windows and doors, roofing, siding, solar, or related industry
- Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and team-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing canvassing teams
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Strong understanding of territory management and lead generation
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals
