What You’ll Get to Do
Echo Power has an opportunity for a Civil/Structural Engineering Manger to support substation design projects. In this role, you will manage Echo’s civil and structural engineering efforts for high-voltage substations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects from concept through construction. This is a hybrid role with remote work and field/site visits as needed (up to 20% travel).

Technical Tools:
AutoCAD, MicroStation, RISA, STAAD (or equivalent), Bluebeam, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Project/Primavera (CMiC a plus)
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited)
- 15 years of relevant experience in utilities, power generation, or industrial environments
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license required
Job Location
Remote-first role with field travel as needed. Candidates should live within one hour of a commercial airport.
