Position: Thermal Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Thermal Engineer with hands-on experience in thermal testing and validation of electro-mechanical and telecom products. The ideal candidate should have strong laboratory experience and expertise in thermal test setup and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare thermal test setups, test flow, and validation coverage for new products.
• Perform thermal validation of electro-mechanical and telecom equipment.
• Conduct testing for power management, heat sinks, and fan speed performance.
• Set up and operate lab equipment, including thermocouples, wind tunnels, and acoustic testing.
• Ensure compliance with GR and NEBS telecom standards.
• Document test results and prepare reports using Microsoft Office.

Required Skills

• Experience with thermal testing and validation of electro-mechanical or telecom products.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with thermal testing equipment.
• Knowledge of power management, heat sink development, and fan speed testing.
• Familiarity with GR and NEBS telecom standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
