You will serve as an Instructional Systems Specialist in the Learning Standards Department of RECRUITING UNIT.

Qualifications:

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Conducting curriculum revisions based on training program requirements; 2) Evaluating courses for successful accomplishment of course objectives; 3) Developing tests to measure achievement and adequacy of instruction; and 4) Advising personnel on concepts, principles, theories and practices of cognitive learning, adult learning, science of learning and instructional systems design. My experience demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction.
