JOB SUMMARY:
Surveillance Agents monitor and protect Company assets and ensure the safety of guests and Team Members. Agents will work closely with all departments and law enforcement agencies on a day to day basis.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Creates detailed logs and reports regarding incidents that occurred on property
Works closely with all departments and outside law enforcement agencies
Responsible for understanding all Table Games, Slots, Cage, Security, Keno, Beverage and Risk Management
Responsible for monitoring casino operations
Monitors the Casino floor to identify cheating activity, illegal activity and ensure customer safety.
Checks surveillance equipment to ensure all equipment are functioning
Must remain impartial and keep all information confidential
Follow lawful directions from the Lead and Director
Interacts well with others and maintains a positive attitude
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
Must be 21 years of age
Must be able to see color
Must be able to effectively communicate in English
Basic Mathematical skills required
Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Casino experience preferred but not required
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
Work is typically in an area which may be noisy and may contain secondhand smoke
Ability to lift 15-20 pounds
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time during the duration of their shift
