Principal Responsibilities

  • Handling immediate maintenance and the janitorial needs of the assigned facility
  • Daily routine and non-routine maintenance control for specific areas of the building (floors, walls, restrooms, office space, facility exterior, etc.)
  • Cutting locks
  • Painting
  • Light handyman work
  • Latch installations
  • Flood remediation
  • Snow removal
  • Corner guard repair
  • Patching walls

Starting pay rate is $16.60 per hour. This is a full-time position, and will be eligible for our complete benefits package. Open availability is required.
