Sales Representative - Roofing
Dynamic, rapidly growing, customer focused roofing and restoration company needs your high energy and hands-on sales of Roofing expertise to contribute to the strategic development of this organization that specializes in roofing. If you have a proven track record of at least two (2) years of face to face contacts, producing and closing sales you may qualify for this position.
We are willing to train in the knowledge of insurance claims, estimating/quoting and installations in the roofing industry. You will work with some of the brightest individuals in the industry and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Base Salary Commissions
Health Benefits, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, Vacation and 401K
Company Vehicle provided after introductory period

Essential Functions:
· Create a sales plan to develop profitable sales of Roofing projects
· Develop new customers by contacts, leads & referrals.
· Design, measure, ordering and installation
· Supervises, monitors and revises, as necessary, sales quote dollars, design and production dates
· Initiate and control sales processes with new and ongoing customers
· Ensure customer service strategies to ensure superb client satisfaction
· Continuing to expand knowledge of industry trends and developments impacting the business
· Create and maintain a dynamic and vibrant company environment
· Ensure compliance with various government laws, rules and regulations.
Experience Desired:
· Two (2) plus years of sales experience within the roofing industry is preferred
· Ability to climb ladders and roofs is required
· Must be able to work in all weather conditions
· Proven hands-on expertise and experience in sales and estimating within the roofing industry
· Entrepreneurial aptitude, high energy and growth of an organization
· Must be self motivated and able to manage daily schedules
· Proven results driven in sales and the ability to produce consistent results
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Sales and customer service background desired; be able to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction
· Clean Driving Record
· High School Diploma or GED
· Reliable transportation
