Inventory and Administrative Specialist A very stable, growth-oriented, locally owned company has an opportunity for an Inventory Specialist / Administrative Support to contribute to the strategic development of this organization. Responsibilities include ability to locate, organize and systemize the inventory as well as assisting in some accounting and administrative functions. If you have experience using QuickBooks Desktop, an exceptional attitude, willingness to problem solve and assist wherever needed you may qualify for this position.Must have Bookkeeping and Inventory Control Experience.Essential Duties: Ability to review and grade quality and pricing of partsAccurate and timely data entry using computer software programs and databases including Excel, and WordManaging inventory and filing systemsPerforming complete inventory checks of all equipment, stock and partsEnsuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctlyIdentifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processesMaintain accurate records and track inventory movementsData Entry of Invoices into QuickBooks DesktopAssist in AP/AR accountsFiling, follow ups and perform other related duties as requested   Essential Requirements: Proven experience in inventory coordination or a similar role is preferredExperience with grading quality of partsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory softwareEffective communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracyVerifiable experience using QuickBooks DesktopStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of AP/AR and invoicesCollaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment Our company is an equal opportunity employer with a drug free workplace.
