Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. This role requires someone who can quickly integrate with the team, manage multiple priorities, and drive full-cycle recruiting with minimal oversight. This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity with a quick interview and decision process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles
- Conduct resume reviews, prescreens, and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and communication across hiring teams
- Maintain strong ATS discipline, ensuring timely updates and accurate data
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Support ad hoc recruiting projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of high-volume recruiting experience (agency corporate mix strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments with minimal training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week
