ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the hunt for a high-energy Private Wealth Fundraising Associate to take our investor relationships to the next level. You’ll be on the front lines of our capital-raising strategy, connecting with high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, wealth advisors, and family offices to drive new investments into our growing portfolio. If you’re a persuasive communicator with a nose for opportunity and a passion for real estate, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Launch high-impact outreach campaigns targeting private wealth advisors, platforms, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Pick up the phone and make it happen—whether it’s outbound prospecting or warm intros, you know how to open doors and close deals.
- Pitch like a pro—develop and deliver investment proposals that inspire confidence and action.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to structure deals and ensure every opportunity is positioned for success.
- Be the trusted advisor HNW investors and wealth managers turn to—because you get it, and you deliver.
- Keep investors in the loop with engaging updates on market trends, project performance, and new opportunities.
- Show up and stand out—you’ll represent Redstone at investor meetings, conferences, and social events with style.
- Create unforgettable experiences—from ski trips to golf outings to exclusive investor dinners, you’ll make connections that last.
- Hunt for new capital sources that diversify and expand our investor base.
- Track everything that matters—pipeline progress, investor engagement, and deal flow insights that drive smarter decisions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, capital raising, or investor relations.
- Strong foundation in finance, real estate, or investment strategy—degree preferred, but hustle matters more.
- Background in private equity, financial advisory, fundraising, or real estate investment is a big plus.
- You’re a natural communicator—clear, confident, and compelling.
- Outbound prospecting doesn’t scare you. It excites you.
- Executive presence—people trust you because you’re credible and relatable.
- You’re self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You work well with others, but don’t need your hand held.
