What You Will Do
As a Litigation Associate, you will take on meaningful responsibility across a broad range of litigation matters. You will:

Manage case files and support all stages of litigation, including trial preparation.

Draft motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.

Conduct depositions and support courtroom proceedings, as appropriate.

Work closely with senior attorneys and clients in a collaborative team environment.

Utilize e-discovery platforms to manage and analyze case materials.

Conduct legal research and provide strategic insights to support case strategy.

Ideal Candidate Background

3 years of litigation experience within a law firm or similar professional setting.

Active California Bar license (required).

Strong trial preparation skills and experience with motion practice and depositions.

Exceptional writing, research, advocacy, and negotiation abilities.

Strong academic credentials.
