What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript to address real operational challenges.
- Deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to enhance scalability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with founders and early-stage teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful software solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from conception through deployment, ensuring high-quality code and architecture.
- Proactively identify and solve problems, demonstrating initiative and strong engineering judgment.
- Engage in product thinking to align software development with business objectives and user needs.
- Participate in the opportunity to spin out your own venture with funding from this company.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, proficient in Python and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated capability in building both backend systems and user-facing applications.
- Proven track record of shipping production systems end-to-end with a focus on code quality and clean architecture.
- Genuine interest in startups and venture capital, showcasing an entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity.
Preferred
