What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable backend APIs and services that support a high-traffic production platform.
• Collaborate across the full stack with product and design teams to rapidly ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that enhances team productivity.
• Engage in code reviews and design discussions to continuously elevate code quality.
• Tackle real-world customer challenges under practical constraints, ensuring solutions are effective and efficient.
• Contribute to systems that empower major AI organizations to train and evaluate their models.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5 years of experience in shipping and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership.
• Deep curiosity and problem-solving skills, favoring simple solutions to complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred

• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) or leading projects in AI/ML infrastructure.
• Background in top-tier tech companies or fast-scaling startups, with a focus on ownership and initiative.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects that demonstrate a passion for technology.
