Title of Role: Enterprise Account Executive (West Coast)
Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid) or Remote (West Coast hubs)
Company Stage of Funding: Late-Stage / Growth (Well-funded, venture-backed)
Office Type: Hybrid (Bay Area) or Remote (select West Coast cities)
Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 base ($200K–$320K OTE) equity

With a strong foundation in communication infrastructure and a bold push into AI agents, the company is defining a new category at the intersection of conversational AI and enterprise software. What You Will Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting net-new logo acquisition

  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline, with a strong emphasis on self-sourcing outbound opportunities

  • Sell complex AI-driven solutions to enterprise organizations (2,000 employees)

  • Navigate multi-threaded sales cycles involving stakeholders across engineering, product, security, legal, and executive teams

  • Drive deals with average contract values ranging from $100K to $250K

  • Utilize structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution

  • Develop deep expertise in the company’s AI agent product and articulate its value across both technical and business audiences

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to optimize go-to-market execution


Ideal Candidate Background

  • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong track record of closing net-new business

  • Proven success selling six-figure deals into enterprise organizations

  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with the ability to self-source a significant portion of pipeline

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–12 months)

  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with both technical and business buyers

  • Experience selling to technical stakeholders such as CTOs, engineering, or security teams

  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, MEDPIC, or similar)


Preferred

  • Experience selling AI, customer experience (CX), or developer-focused products

  • Background in API-first or infrastructure-style SaaS companies

  • Experience in greenfield or expansion territories

  • Prior success in high-growth or rapidly evolving product environments

  • Strong ability to adapt messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences


Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $115,000 – $150,000 with OTE of $200,000 – $320,000
