What You Will Do
As a Deployment Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive world-class internet and networking experiences. You will own the technical design and deployment process—from translating customer needs into robust wired and wireless network designs to overseeing installation and network validation.
Your responsibilities will include:

Designing performant and resilient networks: Build wired and wireless network topologies using in-house tools and industry best practices.

Leading technical decisions: Drive network design and deployment decisions through go-live and validation phases.

Supporting installations: Troubleshoot and optimize devices and configurations during network turn-up, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

On-site engagement: Visit customer sites as needed to support installation, validation, and performance testing.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Project Management, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to enhance deployment processes and inform future product improvements.
Ideal Candidate Background
We’re seeking an engineer with a balance of technical networking expertise and customer-facing experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Required background:

2–6 years of professional experience in network design, deployment, or Tier 2/3 technical support.

Proven ability to translate customer requirements into scalable network solutions.

Hands-on experience with both wired (firewalls, switches, cabling) and/or wireless (access points, RF optimization) networking.

Strong understanding of network topology, design, and implementation.

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred

Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP (for wired specialists) or CWMP/CWNE (for wireless experts).

Experience with both commercial and enterprise-scale networking deployments.

Familiarity with SDN, managed Wi-Fi systems, or automation tools for network management.

Ability to travel occasionally for on-site installations or validation.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year (depending on experience).
