POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate training, work schedules and assignments and conduct shift transition meetings.
- · Investigate and determine cause of defective work and consult/advise as to corrective measure.
- · Develop/Implement process initiatives.
- · Maintain proper documentation and records.
- · Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
2 years’ experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Automotive
experience a plus.
- · 1 years’ experience leading/directing hourly personnel.
- · Ability to train others on section processes and procedures.
- · Lean manufacturing experience desirable.
- · Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions.
- · Must have experience using a warehouse management system.
Schedule/ Swing Shift: Friday & Saturdays 1st shift 7a-5:30p/ Sunday & Monday- Nights 7p-5:30 am
Location: Duncan, SC
