POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Under the direction of the materials supervisor, this position performs duties related to shipping of product. 
  • Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products. 
  • Prepares related documents. 
  • Maintains shipping/receiving area. 
  • Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse. 
  • Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled. 
  • Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals. 
  • Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work according to urgency. 
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Inventory experience is preferred. 
  • Ability to count accurately. 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Must have the ability to keep proper documentation and records. 

Schedule/ Shift: 2nd Shift

Location: Denton, TX

Travel Requirements: 0% 

Over Time: 10 % or up to customer requirements and needs
