Director, Family Office & Concierge Services | Bergen County, NJ | Hybrid | Partner Track
A growing CPA firm in Bergen County is launching a Family Office and Concierge Services division and looking for the person who will build it.
This is a founding role. You'll design the service model, lead the team, and have a clear path to principal or partner economics as the division grows.
You're the right person if:
You're a CPA with 10 years in public accounting or a family office environment. You've worked inside complex structures: trusts, partnerships, family investment vehicles, foundations, multi-entity families. You know what good looks like because you've built it or advised it. And you're ready to stop maintaining someone else's playbook and start writing your own.
What you'll build:
Consolidated reporting, bill pay, cash flow management, entity coordination, and a concierge offering that turns a tax relationship into a decades-long family relationship. You'll hire behind you as the division scales.
The non-negotiables:
Active CPA. Serious HNW or UHNW client experience. Trust, estate, and multi-entity technical depth. A builder's mindset.
