Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and office staff
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate conference rooms
- Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and general HR administrative tasks
- Support recruiting, accounting, and operations teams as needed
- Maintain confidential employee and company information
- Perform general office duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative, office support, receptionist, or executive assistant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
