We're currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client who is looking to expand their HR Advisory and Employment Law teams. We’re hiring HR & Employment Law Advisors at various levels. These are permanent opportunities with a well-established, award-winning organisation that’s growing rapidly and offers excellent development prospects. The Role: As an Advisor, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, providing expert HR and employment law advice. Day-to-day, you will: Advise clients on a wide range of HR and employment law issues Draft and review HR and employment documentation Manage cases, ensuring timely and compliant advice Build strong client relationships and deliver a first-class service Stay up to date with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice What we are looking for: Strong knowledge of HR and Irish employment law Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage a busy, varied workload with accuracy and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused mindset HR/Employment Law qualifications OR practical experience Interviews will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd from 9.30– so if you’re interested, we would love to hear from you to discuss next steps.
