π οΈ What you'll do
- Positioning and messaging. Across segments (general contractors, owners, developers), personas (project managers, digital teams), and four regional markets.
- The function itself.
- Build product marketing from the ground up: audit what exists, define the playbook, execute against it.
- Go-to-market launches. Lead strategy and execution for new products, partner launches, and feature releases.
- Sales enablement, end to end. Battlecards, competitive objection guides, one-pagers, ROI calculators, demo scripts, and ongoing deal coaching.
- AI-powered product marketing. Design and ship AI workflows for competitive monitoring, customer research synthesis, content drafting, and enablement generation.
- The website rebuild.
- Own the positioning and messaging strategy for the upcoming site.
- Market intelligence. Turn customer interviews, win/loss data, and market signals into insight the whole company can act on.
- Customer evidence.
- Build a library of proof and nurture advocates for reference programs, case studies, and events.
- Cross-functional partnership. Shape the story alongside Product, Sales, Customer Success, and - Marketing leadership.
- Coaching regional marketers. Advise regional marketing managers on messaging and positioning across their demand generation channels.

- 5β8 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.
- You've built a product marketing function from scratch and led end-to-end go-to-market launches.
- You're at ease with ambiguity and skilled at working across Product, Sales, and leadership.
- A proven knack for turning complex products into crisp positioning and messaging that drives pipeline.
- Bonus: experience in construction tech or proptech, or marketing to technical and field-based buyers.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
