IT Program Coordinator

Kotarides Property Management is looking for an experienced, highly technical, hands-on
individual to serve in the role of Information Technology Program Coordinator on our Technology
team.

As an Information Technology Program Coordinator, you will work with a versatile team of network
and infrastructure specialists and field service technicians to ensure our multi-state team is fully
equipped for seamless property management operations. A successful candidate in this role mus

standardized and organized ways of handling them
- Have a strong desire to learn new technologies in a short amount of time
- Combine deep technical knowledge with problem-solving abilities to direct big picture
outcomes
- Be hands-on and willing to put technology offerings through rigorous testing to ensure it
meets the demands of the business
- Demonstrate the ability to see through the implementation of strategic initiatives from
beginning to end

Qualifications

- At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology related fields, with at least 2
years in leadership or management roles.
- At least 3 years of experience working within a DevOps environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, relationship building skills, and the ability
to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, SDLC, technical connections between systems to
allow the flow of information

Responsibilities

- Standardize technology infrastructure across all apartment community locations
- Asset tracking and inventory management
- Develop and operationalize workflows for deploying infrastructure to newly built
communities
- Establish testing criteria standards for all hardware as part of new initiatives
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards for hardware service offerings
- Collaborate and nurture relationships with vendors and service providers
- Plan, develop, execute and maintain business continuity objectives to resume critical
functions during disruptions
- Optimize staffing and resource allocation to meet project demands and scale with business
growth
- Implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to secure information from external
threats

Activities

- Conduct one-on-one meetings with technical staff
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise on escalated technical support incidents
- Test new technology and upskill team members on how to support it
- Provide regular status updates on IT projects, ensure project tasks are progressing toward
milestones, communicate risks and blockers to upper management
- Hire and supervise field service technicians
- Manage a team of field service technicians for new community buildouts
- Evaluate effectiveness of network security tools at preventing evolving external threats,
regularly assess security posture, implement best practices to prevent new threats, oversee
testing of technical and architectural defenses
- Manage data backup systems, periodically exercise data recovery steps to ensure success
- Audit Gates, cameras, networking equipment, workstations, printers, phones, connectivity,
IoT devices,
- Perform hardware testing
- Develop runbooks for deploying IT infrastructure
- Vendor management including approval and payment of invoices
- Identify resources needed to achieve project goals
- Work with the implementation team to communicate changes to the company
- Foster culture of knowledge sharing by documenting best practices, leading internal
training sessions, providing technical guidance to internal teams on complex projects
