GENERAL SUMMARY:
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels and robotic cell assemblies
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, bills of materials, and P&ID drawings
- Route, terminate, label, and test electrical wiring and communication cabling
- Install electrical components including relays, terminal blocks, power supplies, PLC hardware, sensors, and safety devices
- Operate manufacturing equipment including CNC mill, rotary and laser engravers, wire cutting and crimping machines, and various industrial label-making systems
- Prepare and apply wire labels, terminal markers, and equipment identification tags
- Perform startup checks, calibration, troubleshooting, and functional testing of systems
- Verify completed assemblies meet quality and safety standards
- Support machine build, integration, and commissioning activities as needed
- Maintain organized documentation and accurate wiring practices
- Follow company safety procedures and electrical standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school Diploma
- 0-3 years of related experience or equivalent technical training
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use common hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude* Experience with industrial automation, PLC's or robotics is a plus
COMPENSATION: Allied will reward you with a salary of $55-80K, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D, short and long-term disability, a flexible spending account, a health savings account, and a matching 401K plan, and a flexible PTO program.
