The role 💡

What you’ll be doing ⚙️
- Owning core areas of the marketplace platform including worker supply, incentives, and matching systems.
- Designing products that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment rates, and reliability.
- Working closely with engineering and data science to build data-driven product solutions.
- Using experimentation and analytics to improve worker engagement and marketplace efficiency.
- Partnering with operations and business teams to translate real world challenges into scalable product solutions.
- Helping define the product strategy and roadmap for critical marketplace systems.
