About This Role
We’re hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-visibility programs from concept through production. You’ll own New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, serving as the key point of contact between customers and cross-functional teams while driving execution across schedule, cost, and quality.
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end program management for NPI and product changes
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure program success
• Act as the primary customer interface, providing updates and managing expectations
• Resolve program challenges including materials, production readiness, and quality issues
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Mentor junior Program Managers and support team development
What You Bring
• 10 years of experience managing complex programs in manufacturing, electronics, or a technical environment
• Strong understanding of product development and production processes
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and high-risk programs
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Nice to Have
• NPI experience in contract manufacturing
• Knowledge of PCBs, electrical assemblies, or mechanical systems
• PMP certification
Education
Bachelor’s degree OR ~10 years of relevant experience in program management / contract manufacturing / engineering
