This role is critical in shaping the architecture and technical direction of a new platform designed to improve care coordination and population health for senior care programs.Key Responsibilities

Salary Range: $150K-$170K (based on experience)

- Lead & Code: Drive technical decisions, write high-quality code, review PRs, and mentor engineers.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Product Management and UX teams to translate user stories into scalable solutions.
- Define Standards: Establish best practices, manage technical debt, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Problem-Solve: Partner with Support and Product teams to resolve bugs and enhance user experience.
- Develop Talent: Coach and guide junior engineers for growth and success.
- Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead in full-stack web applications (TypeScript/React).
- Skilled in architecture, design, and scaling web applications.
- Familiarity with MongoDB/NoSQL and secure coding practices.
- Previous experience in healthcare or other high-security industries is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience in engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
