Recruit Secure is collaborating with a for-profit Healthcare organization that is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to supervise a mail-order clinic for direct hire. The company works with Skilled Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and other long-term care providers to provide pharmaceutical services. This is a new position (on-site) in a relatively new office in Suffern, NY.
The ideal candidate will be a board-certified Pharmacist with experience supervising and hiring staff. The Pharmacist should have experience identifying, evaluating, and resolving pharmacy-related concerns that affect in-patient (resident) medical care and quality of life while meeting regulatory compliance. Experience with Mail-Order and/or Specialty Pharmacies.

Requirements:
- BS degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D
- Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy – preferred but not mandatory
- Current New York State Board Certified Pharmacist
- Licensed in multiple states that require out-of-state licenses.
- Experience working with geriatric patients preferred.
- Supervisory, mentoring and collaborative leadership experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
- Adept at problem-solving
- Able to develop and execute plans for the delivery of drugs and services, and new programs. Be familiar with best practices.
- Strong Computer skills and experience with EMR software
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
