What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Controls Maintenance Electrician position at Recruit Right?
At 5:45 your shift begins—whether it’s sunrise or moonlight—and you take ownership of a highly automated production line. A motor is running hot, a sensor is chattering, and a PLC input isn’t behaving. You zero in, read the schematic, trace the I/O, and return the system to peak performance. That’s the rhythm here: investigate, diagnose, repair, and keep the plant moving.
