Picture this: a customer calls about an urgent update. You quickly verify details, adjust the order, coordinate with production, confirm with shipping, and send a concise status email—problem solved, expectations met.
Your mission- Be the go-to contact for customers by phone and email, providing prompt, professional support
- Enter, modify, and confirm orders with a high level of accuracy
- Work cross-functionally with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to hit delivery targets
- Track orders and proactively communicate shipment status
- Keep records, purchase orders, and documentation complete and current
- Resolve concerns quickly and courteously
- Assist with inventory and order management tasks
- Support data entry, reporting, and general administrative needs
- Maintain active communication with internal teams to ensure great outcomes
- Model professionalism in every interaction
- Background in customer service, administration, or order processing (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics is a plus
- Strong communicator—both written and verbal
- Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting and meets deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer systems
- Detail-driven with practical problem-solving skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Hands-on with ERP or order entry platforms
- Customer relationship management savvy

Primarily office-based in a manufacturing environment, collaborating closely with warehouse, shipping, and production teams.
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
