Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer with deep hands‑on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to design, build, optimize, and govern enterprise‑grade business solutions. The ideal candidate will transform business requirements into secure, scalable, and high‑performing low‑code applications, automated workflows, and analytics dashboards while aligning with Microsoft best practices and organizational governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps for complex business use cases
- Implement advanced UI/UX patterns, responsive layouts, and performance tuning
- Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, REST APIs, and third‑party systems
- Apply app lifecycle management (ALM) including solution packaging, versioning, and deployments
- Enforce security through role‑based access, environment strategies, and data loss prevention (DLP)
Power Automate
- Create robust cloud flows, automated workflows, approval processes, and scheduled jobs
- Integrate workflows across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, APIs, and custom connectors
- Implement error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring for mission‑critical flows
- Optimize flows for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Support RPA initiatives using Power Automate Desktop (if applicable)
Power BI
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for executive and operational insights
- Build and optimize data models, star schemas, and relationships
- Write complex DAX measures and calculated columns
- Develop data pipelines using Power Query (M), Dataverse, SQL, and Azure data sources
- Implement Row‑Level Security (RLS) and enforce data governance
- Optimize report performance and manage Power BI Service workspaces and deployments
