Dynamics 365 Administrator / Developer
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Administrator/Developer to support and enhance our corporate applications ecosystem. This role will focus on administration, configuration, and integrations across Dynamics CRM/CLM/CDM, Oracle Fusion (post go-live), and third-party platforms. The ideal candidate brings fresh perspective, technical depth, and a passion for delivering scalable, innovative solutions using Microsoft’s ecosystem, including Co-pilot and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, CLM, CDM).
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics, Oracle Fusion, and third-party systems.
- Support Oracle Fusion go-live and build an internal support model for ERP and related applications.
- Utilize Power Platform, Azure services, and APIs to extend and automate business processes.
- Leverage Microsoft Co-pilot/AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize application performance and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Administrator/Developer.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration.
- Hands-on expertise with Power Platform, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API development.
- Experience integrating Dynamics with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Co-pilot/AI and automation tools.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
