Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our company-wide AI initiatives. This role will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, and direction to help achieve impactful outcomes through artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing AI strategies at scale, preferably within large organizations. Industrial sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI strategy across the organization
• Guide teams and stakeholders to deliver business outcomes using AI technologies
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with company goals
• Foster innovation and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
• Oversee the execution of AI projects and ensure measurable results

Qualifications:

• Proven experience running AI strategy for a large company
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Industrial or manufacturing sector experience preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels
