Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM)
Job description:
Recreational Electrical builds high-quality custom first responder police, fire, fleet, and public works vehicles. The foundation of our vehicle builds is our in-house harness production department. These harnesses control lights, sirens, radios, and more. We are looking for a Wiring Harness Assembly Technician to join our team. No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training and tools.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with a team to assemble wiring harnesses for police, fire, EMS, and government fleet vehicles.
- Rotate throughout the department, learning how to operate termination and wire-cutting machines, use industry-specific hand tools, and route wires and connectors.
- Read wiring schematics and follow company standards.
- Meet production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.

- No experience needed—on the job training is provided.
- Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal work orders and safety documentation in English.
- Comfortable working on your feet and using your hands throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality, accurate work.
- Able to work independently after training while contributing to a team environment.
