What you’ll be doing:
- Guiding the Journey: Managing the \"concierge\" experience through our CRM, following up with families via phone, email, and chat.
- Expert Advising: Becoming a pro on our hot tubs, playsets, and structures to help customers make the best choice.
- System Building: We are growing fast! We want someone who sees a \"bottleneck\" and helps us build a better system to fix it.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining productive, happy relationships with customers from the first hello to the final installation.
