The Role: Impact & Responsibility
As our Assistant Manager, you are the General Manager’s right hand and a driving force behind our showroom's success. You will bridge the gap between high-level operations and the daily customer experience. We are looking for a retail-experienced leader who knows how to run a floor, motivate a team, and maintain a premium environment without the 80-hour work week.
Your Core Mission:
- Operational Support: Partner directly with the General Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring everything from merchandising to staffing is firing on all cylinders.
- Team Leadership: Act as a mentor and resource for the staff, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and product knowledge.
- The Customer Experience: Lead by example on the sales floor, handling high-end clientele and resolving complex customer inquiries with grace.
- Administrative Precision: Assist with inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting using our internal systems.
- Process Improvement: We value "better." You will be empowered to suggest and implement changes that make our showroom run more efficiently.
