Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight & Reporting
- Ensure all accounting records for Golf Operations are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
- Prepare and analyze variance reports, identifying trends and discrepancies
- Produce weekly reporting on: Merchandise sales Golf rounds Golf cart rentals
- Support fiscally responsible operations through tracking, documentation, and process improvement
- Help develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes and business practices across all eight golf courses
- Monitor and support pro shop operations to ensure spaces are: Clean, Organized, Free of clutter, Bright and welcoming for members and guests.
- Order, track, and manage supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Ensure TEG reports are accurate and initiate corrections as needed
- Create clear, engaging communications related to golf operations and events
- Coordinate with the Communications team to ensure all materials are submitted accurately and on time
- Elevate pro shop merchandizing to be competitive, attractive and increase sales.
- Act as a liaison between Golf Operations and other departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Support Director of Golf and leadership with administrative coordination, reporting, and project tracking
- Proactively looking for opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and member experience
- Proven experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with reporting and variance analysis
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage many priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency required)
- Experience in recreation, hospitality, or golf operations is a plus
