Location: Nashville (Brentwood), TN

Recovery Unplugged, a leading provider of licensed drug and alcohol treatment across the U.S., is currently seeking a dedicated overnight Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Nashville (Brentwood), TN. We specialize in long-term substance abuse treatment, offering services from detox to residential care, as well as Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. Our innovative approach integrates evidence-based treatment with music to help clients achieve better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intakes, including drug tests, property searches, and completing intake documentation through KIPU.
• Ensure clients are following house rules and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform regular safety checks (Q15 & Q30) to monitor clients.
• Oversee client discharges, returning personal belongings, and ensuring discharge paperwork is completed in KIPU.
• Administer drug testing on new intakes and perform random drug screenings.
• Maintain a clean and orderly property.
• Build rapport and foster open communication with clients facing behavioral or emotional challenges.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Flexibility in work schedule.
• A strong desire to help others.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
