Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Technician at our Little Rock, AR facility. The technician will assist with direct patient care, provide behavioral support, and monitor patients to ensure their safety and well-being. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, supporting the implementation of treatment plans, assisting with activities of daily living, and intervening in crisis situations as necessary. Collaboration with the healthcare team is expected to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health principles
- Experience in Behavioral Health and Direct Patient Care
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to respond calmly and professionally in crisis situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
