Are you passionate about providing high-quality psychiatric care and helping individuals achieve stability and healing? We're seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative behavioral health team. In this role, you'll provide a full range of psychiatric services - including assessments, consultations, medication management, and crisis intervention - under the supervision of our psychiatrists and clinical leadership.

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, record reviews, and diagnostic assessments for the individuals served
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with the care team
- Provide treatment through psychotropic medication management and other therapeutic interventions
- Participate in daily rounds, consultations, and progress assessments
- Deliver crisis intervention and respond to urgent or emergency situations with professionalism and empathy
- Document care in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
What We're Looking For
Education
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (required)
- Completion of clinical rotations applicable to your training program (required)
Experience
- Prior experience providing psychiatric or behavioral health services (required)
Licenses & Certifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice (required)
- Current DEA license (required)
