IT Asset and Procurement Administrator – Powering Efficiency Through Smart Technology Management
Are you a detail-oriented tech professional who thrives on keeping systems running smoothly and efficiently? As the IT Asset and Procurement Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing the full lifecycle of end-user IT assets—from procurement and deployment to inventory control, compliance, and final disposition.
In this critical role, you’ll ensure that every piece of equipment is accounted for, licensed properly, and aligned with company standards. You'll support large-scale tech rollouts, manage software licensing, streamline vendor coordination, and handle procurement requests with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities
Support the acquisition, deployment, and lifecycle management of technology assets to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of equipment inventory across all locations through audits and system updates.
Manage service requests and incidents using a ticketing system, providing timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
Assist with software and license management, maintaining compliance and availability of resources across the organization.
Contribute to technology-related projects and deployments, supporting planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking & finance, business management or supply chain.
Experience:
- Required: Three (3) years’ experience in an inventory management or IT Procurement role.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 19770, or other asset management standards.
- Preferred: Strong understanding of IT equipment, software licensing, and vendor ecosystems.
