Business Development Manager - Commercial Flat Roofing

$90,000 – $110,000 Base Uncapped Commission

About the Role
Cassidy Flat Roofers is a specialized commercial flat roofing contractor serving the Carolinas. We focus exclusively on high-performance systems — TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and deck pedestal systems — for commercial property owners, property managers, and management firms.

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new commercial relationships across North Carolina and South Carolina. This is a true hunter role focused on building a strong pipeline with property management companies, commercial owners, and facility decision-makers.

What You’ll Do
• Prospect and build relationships with commercial property managers, regional property managers, asset managers, facility directors, and commercial property owners across NC and SC
• Generate qualified opportunities for commercial flat roof replacements, restorations, and deck pedestal projects
• Schedule and conduct complimentary roof assessments and capability presentations
• Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate CRM activity
• Represent Cassidy Flat Roofers at CRE, BOMA, and industry networking events
• Collaborate with operations for smooth handoff from sale to project execution
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development goals

What We’re Looking For
• Proven B2B sales or business development experience (commercial construction, roofing, property services, or facilities preferred)
• Experience selling to property management companies or commercial owners is a major plus
• Self-motivated hunter comfortable with outreach, networking, and relationship building
• Strong organizational skills for a multi-metro territory
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the Carolinas
• Roofing knowledge is helpful but not required — we will train the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission / performance incentives (OTE $140,000 – $180,000 for strong producers)

Location
Territory covers North Carolina and South Carolina. Ideal base: Charlotte, Triangle (Raleigh-Durham), Triad, Greenville-Spartanburg, or Charleston.

We have been a leader in the restoration business for the past 15 years. We have expanded to include a division that only handles high dollar flat roofing.
