Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate overnight Behavioral Health / Detox Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals facing various forms of addiction and mental health issues and provide appropriate care.
Having experience in behavioral health and withdrawal management is a plus but not required - all training is provided!
Responsibilities
Provide care to detox clients, which requires filing out daily paperwork, answering phone, completing daily cleaning and providing clients' direct care, such as taking vitals, providing meals, and administering medications when needed.
We are a small but very dedicated facility with 4 detox beds and a team of 10 technicians located next to the Aspen Valley Hospital.
This is a great gateway position in mental health field and client care with real potential to grow.

Requirements
- Must have valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be living locally within a reasonable distance from Aspen CO or be willing to relocate.
- Must be flexible with shift work coverage. No set schedule can be guaranteed at first.
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts, to include weekends and holidays as needed, or on a rotating schedule.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, reference check and CBI background check - Must not have any felonies.
- Must adhere to the company's non-discrimination policy.
- Must be able to find housing within a reasonable travel distance from Aspen.
We currently offer night shifts only - two or three 12 Hour shifts (from 7pm till 7am) is an average schedule. Overtime opportunity is always available.
