RRG Behavioral Health is a Licensed Behavioral Health Center (LBHC) serving West Virginia with outpatient therapy, medical services, and recovery support. Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. The therapist will provide outpatient individual and group counseling, mental health assessments, and person-centered treatment planning. The ideal candidate is motivated, compassionate, and ready to make an impact in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and intake evaluations
- Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans
- Provide outpatient therapy sessions (individual, group, and/or family) using evidence-based practices
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including case managers, peer recovery support specialists, and medical providers
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision as required
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice and licensure requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active WV license required: LPC, LICSW, or equivalent
- Provisional licensure may be considered with supervision agreement in place
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Schedule & Compensation:
- Contract, flexible scheduling available
