Join Our Team – 2nd Shift Position (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Recovery Plus for Women is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals who want to make a lasting difference in the lives of women overcoming addiction. Many of our clients have faced seasons of brokenness and hopelessness, and we are looking for strong leaders of character who can walk alongside them in their recovery journey.
Schedule:
- Standard hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Shifts may vary with notice
Requirements:
- Must pass a drug screen marijuana included
- Valid driver’s license
- No moving violations in the past 5 years
- Strong personal character is a must – integrity, accountability, and consistency are essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Oversight: Coordinate with providers and pharmacies; oversee client medication times; monitor and document administration.
- Accountability & Structure: Check chores daily, ensure program guidelines are followed, and address infractions with fairness and consistency.
- Client Support: Assist clients in meeting medical, legal, and personal requirements to remain eligible for treatment and supportive services.
- Programming & Groups: Transport clients to treatment or programming; lead or coordinate informational and inspirational group sessions.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain up-to-date client files; ensure program paperwork is current and available; complete staff notes and other assigned duties.
- Practical Assistance: Help clients obtain personal necessities vital to their success in treatment.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Experience in behavioral health or substance abuse recovery is helpful but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage responsibilities and paperwork.
- Compassionate yet firm leadership style that encourages accountability.
