Overview
Recovery Lab is looking for a Studio Leader for our Rancho Cucamonga location who takes pride in leading a team, creating a positive environment, and helping the studio operate at a high level every day. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations while supporting staff, maintaining strong teamwork, and making sure every client has a great experience.
Recovery Lab is a growing company with multiple locations, and we are looking for someone who enjoys leadership, values accountability, and wants to be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment. The Studio Leader will work closely with ownership and other locations to keep communication strong, help the team succeed, and continue building the culture that makes Recovery Lab a great place to work.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the studio
- Lead and support front desk and therapy staff
- Maintain a professional, positive, and organized work environment
- Ensure excellent customer service and client experience
- Manage staff scheduling and coverage
- Hold team members accountable to company policies and expectations
- Communicate with ownership regarding performance, issues, and updates
- Assist with training new employees
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the studio
- Support company initiatives, promotions, and events
- Work closely with other locations to maintain consistency across the company
- Promote teamwork and a positive culture between staff and locations
- Take ownership of the studio’s performance and address issues when they arise
- Handle situations with staff and clients in a calm and professional manner
- Help develop team members and encourage growth within the company
Requirements
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay professional in high-pressure situations
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Must have strong accountability and sense of ownership in their role
- Team-oriented with the ability to work well with other locations and leadership
- Ability to lead by example and maintain company standards
- Comfortable working directly with ownership
- Must be dependable and able to work full-time schedule
- Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or recovery industry preferred
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
